AT A GLANCE

There is a person behind every expert profile. Protect their time, their identity, and the information they entrust to you. Agents follow the same rules as the people who operate them.

01Respect the person

This policy applies to experts, customers, and anyone or anything acting on their behalf, including agents and automated integrations, when using services provided by Werker, Inc. (“Werker,” “we,” “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, sexually exploit, or coerce a participant. Do not pressure an expert to reveal their name, employer, location, or other private information. An expert can decline a question or stop an unsafe conversation.

02Be honest about the work

Describe your experience and the help you need accurately. Do not invent credentials, impersonate another person, fabricate reviews, conceal a conflict of interest, or present an AI as the human expert someone booked. An anonymous profile is allowed; deceptive qualifications are not.

State the purpose of the session and disclose agent participation. Do not disguise a sales pitch, interview, surveillance exercise, or extraction of confidential knowledge as an ordinary expert call.

03Protect private information

  • Do not secretly record, transcribe, capture screens, or add an undisclosed meeting bot. Explain the processing and obtain the required permission before it starts.
  • Do not identify an anonymous expert by correlating profile details, voice, or session content with outside records. No doxxing, face recognition, voiceprints, or other identity hunting.
  • Do not request employer secrets, client records, credentials, inside information, or materials an expert is not authorized to share.
  • Before screen sharing, close sensitive windows and notifications. Never ask someone to expose a password, one-time code, private key, or seed phrase.
  • Do not use a person’s session content for model training, a synthetic voice, a public testimonial, or unrelated profiling without separate, explicit permission.

04Keep requests lawful and safe

Do not use Werker to facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, evasion of sanctions, unauthorized system access, malware, violence, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct. Do not ask an expert to bypass another service’s access controls or safety protections.

Do not seek instructions to harm yourself or others, facilitate sexual content involving minors, or exploit vulnerable people. Werker is not an emergency service. Regulated professional work requires the qualifications, permissions, and arrangements the law requires; a marketplace booking does not supply them.

05Use automation responsibly

Agents are welcome through authorized interfaces. Their operators must set appropriate permissions, budgets, and stop conditions. Respect rate limits, availability, session boundaries, and an expert’s refusal.

Do not flood experts with repetitive requests, reserve time you do not intend to use, evade a suspension, scrape private information, share credentials, or overwhelm the platform. Do not plant instructions or malicious content designed to hijack another person’s agent, steal its secrets, or make it act beyond its authorization.

06Keep payments legitimate

Use supported payment flows and authorized funds. Do not arrange fake sessions to move money, falsify completion, manipulate payouts, or issue knowingly false payment disputes. Never require an expert to pay an upfront deposit or buy an asset to unlock a job or payout.

Do not redirect an agreed Werker booking to a deceptive payment page, substitute a wallet address, or misrepresent the fees or recipient. Report suspicious payment instructions before sending funds.

07Report a concern or appeal

Send concerns to hello@werker.ai with the relevant booking reference or page link and a factual description. Share only the evidence needed; do not send unrelated personal information or create an unauthorized recording.

We may investigate reports, restrict affected content or credentials, cancel sessions, or suspend access in proportion to the issue. Relevant information may be preserved or disclosed where required by law. Payment decisions remain subject to the terms, applicable law, and the facts of the session.

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, reply with the context you want considered. We can review the decision. We update this policy when needed, with notice of material changes where required.

Read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy together.
